Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) → Treviso
Venice Airport to Treviso – Private Transfer
Half an hour from the lagoon to the city of canals, frescoes and radicchio.
From €95
Pay on arrival — no card needed
Treviso is close enough to Venice to be an easy transfer and far enough to be a different world: walled, frescoed, crossed by the Sile and the Cagnan and quietly wealthy. The drive from Marco Polo is 28 km on the A27 and takes about 28 minutes, ending at your hotel door — Treviso has ordinary streets, so the car goes all the way. Your driver waits at arrivals with a name board and monitors the flight. Fixed price per vehicle, luggage and tolls included, day or night.

- Convenient for the Prosecco road and Asolo, both under an hour away

Treviso
About the destination
Treviso hides behind sixteenth-century walls a centre of frescoed façades, porticoed streets and canals fed by the springs of the Sile — the longest resurgence river in Europe. Piazza dei Signori and the Palazzo dei Trecento are the social heart; the Pescheria fish market sits on its own island in the middle of town. It is the birthplace of radicchio rosso and, arguably, of tiramisù, and the base of Benetton and De' Longhi. Fifteen minutes from Treviso airport and half an hour from Venice, it is where visitors stay when they want the Veneto without the crowds.
About the route
Road, traffic and timing
From Marco Polo the route joins the A27 motorway north toward Belluno and exits at Treviso Sud, reaching the historic centre in about 28 minutes for 28 km. The motorway toll is included in the fixed price.
Travel tips
Know before you go
- Ask for a hotel inside the walls: the centre is small and best explored on foot
- The Pescheria fish market opens Tuesday to Saturday mornings
- Radicchio season runs December to February, when the whole province celebrates it
What to visit
Nearby attractions
- Piazza dei Signori and Palazzo dei Trecento
- The Pescheria — the island fish market in the city centre
- Sile Natural Park — springs, mills and cycle paths
- Asolo — one of Italy's most beautiful villages, 30 km away
- The Prosecco hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO site
When to visit
Seasonal notes & events
Spring and autumn are ideal. December brings the radicchio festivals and Christmas markets; January and February are the coldest months, with fog on the plain in the early morning. Book ahead in late September for the Prosecco harvest, when hotels in the province fill up.
